Canadian Women's Sex-Based Rights – caWsbar – is a cross-Canada, non-partisan coalition of women and male allies working together to preserve the rights and protections of women and girls, as enshrined in the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms (Section 15).

Common sex-based words (such as ‘female’, ‘male’, ‘man’, and ‘woman’) are used thousands of times throughout state and federal law. But, recently, activists have sought to redefine these words and separate sex from biology.

This isn’t just about words. This jeopardizes our opportunities, privacy, and safety.

Women's Rights Matter (WRM), originally Women Matter Canada, is a Canadian women's national not-for-profit organization. It was originally founded in the spring of 2021 by a group of women in anticipation of a fall election being called. WRM continues as a grassroots organization that is volunteer driven and completely non-partisan. In September 2021 WRM became a federally incorporated not-for-profit as a numbered incorporation (13323641 CANADA
ASSOCIATION). In May 2023 the organization officially changed its legal name to Women's Rights Matter.

WRM's goal is to inform the public and politicians on how women have been negatively affected by the passage of Bill C-16 and corresponding policies.

Independent Women’s Forum (IWF) is the leading national women’s organization dedicated to developing and advancing policies that are more than just well-intended, but actually enhance people’s freedom, opportunities, and well-being.

IWF celebrates women’s accomplishments and fights to expand women’s options and opportunities.

They support policies that reduce government red tape and return resources and control to people, so that we have healthy communities and people can pursue their own visions of happiness.

They therefore hope that the politicians in the Folketing will also be able to put party politics aside, and support the motion, that will finally put an end to gender reassignment for children in Denmark, so that, together, they can find other and better ways to deal with these children's problems.

The Independent Council on Women’s Sports (ICONS) is a network and advocacy group comprised of current and former collegiate and professional women athletes, their families and supporters. We are building a collective voice to promote and protect women’s sports. We believe women should thrive and succeed in sport without facing sex based discrimination.

They believe women deserve respect and fair competition equal to that of male athletes. ICONS seeks to elevate and empower female athletes on and off the athletic field.

The Declaration reaffirms women and girls' sex-based rights, and challenges the discrimination we experience from the replacement of the category of sex with that of ‘gender identity.’
