Women who’ve been sexually assaulted need places of refuge. But women-only rape shelters, like Vancouver Rape Relief, are losing funding for refusing to compromise on safety. If we don’t protect our spaces, who will?

Our sex-based rights are under attack. The blurring of lines between sex and “gender identity or expression” in self ID policies is stripping away protections we fought hard to achieve. This is a fight for the very foundation of our rights.

The push for unisex spaces is an affront to women’s basic rights to privacy and safety. Women are 10 times more likely to be sexually assaulted in unisex spaces. We cannot afford to let our guard down.

Males identifying as women are claiming resources meant for females, undoing decades of work to level the playing field in education and employment. This is a betrayal of every woman who has fought for her place in the world.

When males compete in women’s sports, they bring physiological advantages that women simply cannot match. This isn’t just about fairness; it’s about survival in contact sports where lives are at stake.

By recording crimes by gender instead of sex, we are losing sight of the truth. Male crimes are being misclassified, leading to a rise in “female” violence statistics and a dangerous distortion of reality.

Lesbians are being pressured to accept males who identify as women as potential partners, with accusations of transphobia if they refuse. We must protect the right to set boundaries and ensure our voices are heard.

These aren’t just issues—they’re battles for our existence, our safety, and our future. Women Vote XX is here to rally every woman who refuses to be silenced. If we don’t act now, we risk losing everything.
